Our Shipping & Return Policy

πŸ“¦ Shipping Information

All paintings are shipped via USPS, UPS or FEDEX within 3–10 business days of purchase.

  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Please allow 5–8 business days for delivery. Delays may occur during holidays.

  • Hawaii, Alaska, and FPO/APO addresses: Delivery may take 12–14 business days.

⚠️ Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will be charged.

πŸ“¬ We are not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by USPS but not received.

🎁 How Are Paintings Shipped?

Each painting is carefully wrapped in kraft or protective paper, then placed in either a padded envelope or bubble-wrapped box, depending on size and fragility. We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives safely and beautifully.

❌ Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted providing a return is made within 31 days of purchase and the print is in brand new condition, return fees are to be covered by the buyer. Get in touch to start a return.

  • Due to the original nature of the artwork, all sales are final. However, if your piece arrives damaged, please contact me and I’ll make it right.

🎨 Why collect original art?

  • Original paintings carry texture, presence, and subtle details that reproductions can’t fully capture. Each piece represents a unique moment and is created entirely by hand in my studio.
